So, unless people start gaining social skills to modify their routines, or create new routines, then I think the memes will die off as soon as people recognize them.

“I recognize that meme!”

How do new routines and patterns arise, anyway? What system is generating this material? Is it a random process? I know pick-up is a lot like sales data; it’s hard to analyze, so success rates are largely colloquial – but reproduction rates of routine memes can be counted in web search keywords.

If you’re predicting some PUA Omega Point where every adult male in Western society has par-level seduction skills…J-Dog is a prescient genius!
